Refunds/Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it. After this time frame, the order may have been processed and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at 9999944486 or email - info@fabo.fit.


2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the cancellation or return is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation within the specified timeframe.
  • Return of the product(s) by our Return Policy.

4. Return Policy: Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returning products. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order.

5. Refund Exclusions: Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • -Products damaged or not in their original condition.
  • -Products returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

6. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

7. Refund Status: To check the status of your refund, please contact our customer service team. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed after approval.
